Here are a few more of the remaining pictures I pulled from the Yahoo Womanless Beauty Pageant site.
You have to love the feminine "cute" look in picture one and wonder if father and son are in picture two and
the final picture is almost in the "too good to be true category". I tried to follow the link listed and the site got bounced by my anti virus protection. If indeed he is a contestant-no wonder he is smiling!

Here in Cyrsti's Condo and seemingly everywhere in our community there is a strong interest in womanless beauty pageants.
I always mention Stana's Femulate site as the gold standard.
For some reason I came across this site with an incredible number of pictures on Yahoo.
Most of course aren't the best quality and many you probably have seen before but the trick to many of us is to find the "winners" who seem to be enjoying the process just a little too much.  Of course there is nothing wrong with that!

I have always wondered if an event such as a womanless beauty contest was a continuation, a beginning or an end to the contestants cross dressing career.

Of course no one back in the day would have ever thought that years later their pictures would resurface so many places in the cyber world!

Dusting Off the Old Pix

Every once in a while here in Cyrsti's Condo I start going back through back posts and pictures.
It is always hard for me to believe enough of you from litterally around the globe have seen fit to stop back more than 337 thousand times over the couple of years and wade through some 1300 posts.

Before the end of the year it would be fun to do a "Best Of" photo spread-or at least play with the idea.

Womanless Beauty Pageants

I would like to thank Alice for passing this along to me!
Over the years, "Womanless Beauty Pageants" have been the source of entertainment and fund raising efforts around the country.  Seemingly a boy or man in a dress has provided innocent fun provided of course it wasn't a serious or full time gig for the male involved.
I for one have always thought that some of the participants have taken the effort way to seriously. In addition, some of the participants look way to good and seem to be having way to much fun! (Who wouldn't?)
As I have mentioned a couple of times here Stana at "Femulate" really covers the Womanless Beauty scene wonderfully. Alice in turn passed along a Femulate reader's "Flickr" womanless pageant picture compilations.

After viewing all of these pictures, I sometimes wonder if I was one of the only guys around who never had the opportunity to compete in a womanless pageant.
Truthfully, there weren't any in my part of the country until very recently with the "Relay for Life" cancer fundraisers.
I do think I would have been too scared to take part in fear the whole thing would blow my cover. It's obviously too late now to do anything about it now, so I will just have to be a very interested observer!

New and Old Links

I was invited recently to link up with a blog called "tvChix". Admittedly, I had never heard of it but none the less flattered that Simone ( from the site ) had heard of my little blog. At first, second and third glance the site seems to be a unique compilation of all different kinds of transgendered blogs and web sites. From intellectual and political transgendered sites such as "Tranifesto" and "TransGriot" to crossdresser shopping sites and clubs, the links are there. Of course you can take a look from my "hook up" links too.

The "old" link I referred to,  is the site which continues to be my "gold standard"- "Femulate". Stana just ran a great post on another set of photos from the "Miss Eng" womanless beauty pageants from the Philippines.

The name comes from the engineering school which has been doing these pageants for years. One of the interesting "disclaimers" I read said the contestants were "straight as sticks". Really? Obviously it mattered to some one!

Womanless Beauty Pageant?

The casual observer would certainly not call this a womanless beauty pageant. Perhaps a "womanless at birth" pageant would be a better title.
At any rate this collection of beauties competed recently in Los Angeles.  Here is the winning contestant and you can view a couple more pix are in the "Picture Gallery"
If you weren't in the audience at Circus Disco in Los Angeles on November 6th, it's very likely you weren't aware that Daniela Sanchez, competing as Miss Mexico, became the 38th recipient of the Queen of the Universe crown.

November 4th Thailand once again hosts arguably the finest transgender beauty pageant in the world.

What A Great Idea!

This idea was passed along to "Stana's" wonderful "Femulate" blog.
It's from an Irish guy by the name of Dan. Dan has a blog where he lists all these things he wants to do for the first time. One of which is he wanted to spend a day as a woman.
Dan turned out to make a very attractive girl and went out on the town with sisters.He said he had great fun introducing himself to friends to see if they recognized him.
What a great idea to come out to your friends Dan! I'm so jealous I didn't think of it!
Of course Dan had never worn a dress before (wink, wink) and relied on his guy friends and the Internet for instructions on creating cleavage and the like. Women then appeared to put the finishing touches on his make up.
To think of all those years I struggled for ideas to get out in public as a girl! Of course there was Halloween but my schools never had any of the "womanless beauty pageants or weddings" that were and are so popular in the South.
Good job Dan on your first and only trip out as a "convincing" woman (his words). Right Dan!

Can't Fool Transgender Folk!

From "al.com" in Mobile, Alabama. "A fundraiser for Relay for Life Mobile County South, attracted 11 men willing to dress up in women’s clothing and strut their stuff at American Legion Post No. 250 on March 19. Chairperson Pat Creel said the judges chose Butch (aka “Candy”) Guimond, a “retired sailor” from Fowl River, as the fairest of them all. The winners donated their financial prizes to Relay for Life, bringing the total donation for American Cancer Society to $2,500. “We even got one man to sign up as a contestant for next year,” Creel said."
All right, the guy who signed up for next year has all year to "practice" in front of family and friends! Smart move!
It brings back memories of some of the old "Playboy" cartoons.  A beautiful woman was admiring herself in the mirror.  There was an old guy behind her saying something to the effect of "O.K.Junior, how long are you going to practice for the play!"

There is Always One!

The fun part about "womanless beauty pageants" is picking the possible "pro" in the crowd. The one contestant who seems to look better and is more comfortable in his "new" clothes.

It's not real hard to pick out that person!  What a wonderful way for a closeted person to show off!

Womanless Weddings and Beauty Pageants.

I'm fascinated with the number of pix and stories showing up on the web about "womanless" beauty contests.
On our "kitchen page" I've added a couple of my favorites.
A few of the "girls" go way past the old "hey I'm a man dressed as woman" comedy skit.
While I'm not naive enough to believe this was the first time for some of the "womanless" contestants in femme.You have to wonder who helped them to toss on a dress and make up and look that stunning.
If indeed it was their first time.  Will it be their last?
Most of us know the power of seeing a beautiful girl. If you happened to be male and that is you in the mirror, how you gonna stay down on the farm?  You can see the look of love in their eyes from the audience's adoration.
